2018 Syrah

A blend of amazing vineyards each with their own unique qualities that swirl together into an seamless wine that displays Washington Syrah at its finest. Aged in a mixture of neutral French oak barrels and 500 liter puncheons. Again in 2018 we were able to source our Columbia Valley Syrah from four different AVA’s, resulting in what we feel is a true example of Washington Syrah. Our production of this wine grows with each vintage and this is our largest yet. Primary sources for this wine reside in the Yakima and Walla Walla Valleys as well as the Wahluke Slope and Horse Heaven Hills. This wine has an unbeatable combination of funk, earth and fruit. All blocks of Syrah were fermented using native yeasts and approximately 60% whole cluster.
